Nagy and Sons Vineyards, located in Móricgát-Jászszentlászló, is a family-owned estate that cultivates grapes and produces excellent quality wine. In addition to traditional Hungarian winemaking techniques, they are unique in Hungary to apply the world’s oldest winemaking method. Using buried clay vessels called “Kvevri,” a technique originating from the Caucasus region, they continue this ancient tradition. Since 2016, they have been creating unique and natural wines using local grape varieties in their estate.
They warmly welcome visitors to their Móricgát-based estate, where they showcase the 8000-year-old archaeological and historical aspects of winemaking.
